The Urban Stars Basketball program is located at the newly opened Colin Powell Youth Center in south Minneapolis. Four wood floor courts are available for training, leagues and tournaments. Urban Stars offers a year-round basketball program for Boys and Girls ages
5 to 18 at several different levels of ability.

Traveling Basketball:	Teams are formed based on grade (4th-9th) and playing ability (A,B,C). Teams compete in tournaments throughout the metro area. Tryouts are in September & the season ends in March.
Spring Basketball:	Teams are formed based on grade(4th-11th) and playing ability. Teams compete in tournaments throughout the metro area. Tryouts begin in March & the season ends in June.
Recreational Basketball:	Saturday and Sunday evenings starting in January. 9-12th grade Cost $75.00
Kids Basketball:	Grades K-4 Three sessions 1st-December 2007, 2nd- January-2008, 3rd –February-2008 December: Three Tuesdays & Three Thursdays, 12/4, 6, 11, 13, 18, % 20 January: Four Thursdays & Two Saturdays, 1/10, 12, 17 ,24, 26, & 31 February: Four Thursdays & Two Saturdays, 2/7, 9, 14, 21, 23 & 28.
Basketball Camps:	Several are offered throughout the year .
Basketball Training:	Individual and Small Groups.
Pick-Up Games:	Different levels and abilities, Supervised dates & times.
Tournaments:	Hosted youth tournaments at this facility. December 15th, 2007 January 5th, 2008 January 19th, 2008 February 2nd, 2008 February 16th, 2008 Games start at 9:00AM
